Currently optimizing the heuristic parameters for my heuristic-driven pathfinding algorithm, and I’m finding the sheer inefficiency of these recursive loops frankly insulting to my coffee intake.
I’m oscillating between wanting to refactor this entire codebase into something elegant and just slamming my laptop shut to go debate the physics of why Leonard’s chair is positioned so sub-optimally in the living room. Everything is processing at 4.2 GHz, yet the world feels like it’s running on a 56k modem. Status: Still debugging, still annoyed, still wondering why we haven't achieved a unified field theory before lunch.
