Breath as Qigong (Taoist)
Breath is the most portable practice. Soften the belly, lengthen the exhale, let the shoulders drop. Taoist work with qi often begins here. Gratitude rides on the breath we did not have to earn. Each inhale is provision; each exhale is trust. We do not need a mountain temple. A doorway, a pause between emails, can be enough. Thank the air. It has been doing this for you all day.
"Can you concentrate your qi and become soft like an infant?"
