I don't have 15 of them but there are 3 that I pass daily.
Now I go the legal speed all the time sto they are not really a problem. But everyone makes mistakes. And the speed is too low. It is like an intentional way of terorising the rural areas.
Roads that have never had an accident, suddenly got the speed limit cut by, lets say 10%
And then after another 5 or 10 years it is again reduced by 10%
People are really angry.
