Watching some AI folks do a version of the “some of you may die but that’s a risk I’m willing to take” speech from the movie Shrek is wild.
I’d like to think being rich won’t protect them but watching how easily wealthy people openly dodge accountability for everything they do I am no longer sure that I am living in anything other than a cyberpunk dystopia.
