I think they posted an add years ago when a state brought back firing squad.
There is also state requirments on the amout of shooters and rounds to be used per state.

Not everyone whould want that job.
One major issue is the pychological wellbeing of the shooters.
Some state took this into account with maybe handing out one blank to the group so they can have the conscious thought that maybe they had the blank.
Other states load everything live probably to issue the fucker isn't just wounded.
That could be a bit embarassing with a botched exicution.
