i have coined an expression "convergence field" for situations where a massive seemingly coordinated action can occur, without having extensive control systems guiding it. incentives is a term that is bandied around a lot by bitcoiners that relates to this. there is opportunities, there is incentives, and there is cover for the case of it being a criminal enterprise. 9-11 is an example of this, there is actually a dozen separate distinct conspiracies at play there, without any direct connection between all of them. the main things that play out have to do with the benefits. media gets ratings and clicks. insiders get kickbacks. some got the benefit of cover for losing a huge insurance liability. some got political cover for vindictive, intrusive escalation of government surveillance powers and unchecked licence to initiate military action, it benefited airports as well, and border police, and all the many other parties whose benefit came from 9-11. pandemic was the same. maybe some small conspiracies numerous in number but not connected.
