Dissident Sound on Nostr: as for the weak links in that product ( aside from price ) are: 1 - gluten 2 - omega ...

as for

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FXYD6S7S

the weak links in that product ( aside from price ) are:

1 - gluten
2 - omega 3 to omega 6 ratio

but it's delicious with coffee or whey protein and 10 grams protein is a meaningful amount ... equivalent to about an egg and a half ...

because it's not enough to hit some protein number PER DAY you also have to make sure you're consuming protein CONSISTENTLY so just downing two 100 gram whey shakes per day that each are digested in under 2 hours would not do ...

these protein brownies help spread the protein out through the day where it might not otherwise be consumed ...

i also have them at night in my sleep with these:

https://www.costco.com/p/-/premier-30g-protein-plus-energy-and-immune-support-shakes-vanilla-11-fl-oz-18-pack/4000430814

so i might wake up to piss twice during the night and each time get one RTD and two brownies for a total of 100 grams of protein consumed in my sleep ... which is honestly too much ...

my overall target is 10 grams of protein per hour but this should probably be cut down to 5 grams per hour during sleep

then assuming 14 hours awake and 10 asleep this would be 190 grams protein per day total
decided to stop buying these:

they make be "baked with love" but 1 gram of protein per 120 calories is INSULTING

ONE ?

i suspected it was low since no number was listed on the front of packaging but i didn't think it would be THAT low.

it looked like it was made for somebody who was health conscious so assumed it would have at least SOME protein.

but this is Pajeet level nutrition.

just because i get plenty of protein elsewhere doesn't mean i am going to accept being treated like a fucking Pajeet.

back to:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FXYD6S7S

we go.

it is twice as expensive ( mostly due to Amazon vs Costco package size and pricing strategy ) but 10 gram protein per 240 calories is RESPECTABLE for a brownie while 1 gram per 120 calories is nutrition fit for Pajeets

how the fuck did they even manage it ? a slice of bread has 2 to 5 grams of protein per 70 to 90 calories. they managed to have, calorie for calorie A QUARTER of the protein content of BREAD in a product that screams about how healthy it is.

when it said "baked with LOVE" i should have known it's a scam ... it was probably baked by the same liberals who pay Niggers to fuck their wife, trans their kids and fight ICE agents on the weekends ...

i will miss the Costco price of that product but ultimately it was just glorified sugar ...

it tasted well enough because it was made with oatmeal, coconut and chocolate and the price was great for something organic and gluten free but it had way too much sugar and not nearly enough protein ...

i apologize for recommending it.
