The Mossad parody of an assassination campaign with letter-bombs maiming secretaries and what not was already bungling, so they made an offer to Skorzeny wherein they agreed to take him off their hit list if he agreed to become an asshat and save their bungling assassination campaign asses. Nasser used the paranoia created by Mossad's campaign of maiming secretaries and killing random Egyptian laborers to initiate a systemic crackdown on Egypt's Jewish population, stripping some of citizenship and sending others to summer camp, leading to the Second Coming of Exodus in re Egypt's Jewish problem.
