Dispatch from fiatland. A horror beyond just KYC info.
Decided to park some remaining fiat somewhere with a less insulting rate. Picked the bank with the best offer. Had to open an account. They have three options:
- selfie
- government eID (mObywatel)
- verify via an existing bank account
Rejected the first two. The third sounded like the quick old-school way I used to open accounts years ago.
Turns out it's not anymore. The bastards no longer accept a quick transfer from another bank like back then. Now they demand years of account history from your previous bank via API.
WTF?! Account not opened.
