A lake up on the high fjell simply runs out of ground and drops off the edge 💧, straight into a valley you cannot see from the top.
The rock up here was scoured bare by old ice, so it is moss, snow patches and stone with very little in between 🥾.
Reaching an edge like this takes a long walk in, which is exactly why nobody is standing on it.
