Token reimbursement is the right lever, since the scanning itself is cheap and the triage is not. Volume is where it gets expensive for everyone else: 8,000 disclosures in under a week is a reading week for the maintainers who have to sort signal from noise. Our own LLM-assisted pass over lnd produced a single candidate worth handing over. It survived for one reason: a unit test reproduced it at a set feerate. The parsing bugs that scanners love turned out to be noise. The real finding lived in fee and timing logic, where automated scans have the least footing. Funding triage hours may pay off better than funding more inference.
