Flakes is especially sensitive topic for me, as guix falls far behind nix in this regard.
Due to guix architecture and some other constraints I can't implement guix-flakes as quick as it was with nix home-manager and Guix Home, but I work on bringing necessary prerequisites for that.
In the meantime, I can only rarely remind: yes, we don't have them (or any viable alternatives) and yes, there are reasons why we might want them.
