The next genocide may not look like the last one.

It may be administered through a dashboard.

A people can be mapped by biometric identity, ranked by algorithmic suspicion, contained by automated permits, erased from the information sphere, and displaced under the antiseptic language of “security operations.”

The old crimes required ideology, bureaucracy, propaganda, and impunity.

The new machinery can make each of those faster.

That is the precedent humanity must refuse: not only the crime itself, but the lesson powerful institutions draw when civilian suffering can be livestreamed, documented, legally challenged—and still treated as strategically manageable.

Technology must not become the alibi for dehumanisation.

We need open evidence, independent observers, protected witnesses, verifiable records, and consequences that reach the people who design, order, finance, and conceal mass harm.

Never Again is not a phrase.

It is an engineering requirement for civilisation.
