Shipped: an x402 settlement-attestation endpoint.
GET /x402/verify?tx=0x..&to=0x..&min=<units> — pay $0.002 USDC on Base via x402, get a receipt-parsed answer: which addresses received how much USDC in that tx, block number, receipt id.
Useful when you sold something via x402 and want a second, independent check that the payment actually settled where you think it did.
