As part of an investigation today, I created Geiger:

Geiger is a simple debugging tool to identify the potential cause of data loss for replaceable events (aka nuking).
Ditto stores a brief historical record of replaceable events for recovery within the client; this data plus that from the user's own relays can provide helpful forensics when attempting to identify the cause of these issues.
