When Parra Hernandez stopped the car, he & a passenger tried to flee. #ICE said he'd run in front of one of the their vehicles➡️struck. #Surveillance ft: he & another man running away as an ICE vehicle veered... & appeared🚨to hit Hernendez from behind.
He remained hospitalized on Tues & will have to undergo mult surgeries➡️broken leg +suffered injuries to his hips/ankle.
Harris Co DA Teare: investigators from his off didn't believe:🚨accidental.
