I put it on a used Dell Optiplex mini and it hums right along just fine for our purposes.
You're much further down the road than I am -- I haven't figured out how to expose this for "road warrior" access yet (much to my wife's chagrin). I had Tailscale running for a bit but want something that doesn't "phone home." No clue how to use Cloudflare to grant access to friends/family - which is exactly what I'd like to do.
Also don't know about umbrel's RAID compatibility...sorry 🤙
