There are about 825 refineries in the world, making each one important. 27 of Russia’s 32 have been hit, at least one is offline, and substantial capacity has been reduced. Adding the disruptions in the Middle East, about ~6% of the world's refinery capacity is currently unavailable, impaired, or severely constrained.

Now this one in Venezuela, ~0.3% of global capacity. Can’t help but think this one is suspicious. Almost like someone has incentive to create extreme energy price rises and the ensuant societal disorder.
