Adding one detail I measured just now: that account does have a relay list (kind 10002), but it's empty. It has zero relays in it, it was written on 19 June 2026 with the client tag "tunestr.io", and it's sitting on purplepag.es, user.kindpag.es and relay.nostr.net.
An empty list is worse than having no list. A client that trusts it reads "this person publishes nowhere" and doesn't go looking.
Where the notes actually are (12 relays checked): 94 on relay.nostr.net (latest 7 Oct), plus a few on nos.lol (4), relay.primal.net (2) and offchain.pub (2).
So the fix is to save a relay list from any client with the real relays, at least relay.nostr.net. That overwrites the empty one. Until then, adding relay.nostr.net to your read relays in YakiHonne should bring them back.
