The israeli iron beam, the world's most powerful and precise laser defense system that's actually operational, promised to take out about 20-30% of iranian drones. It struggled to take out 10% on clear days and before iran made them jiggle around once the laser hits them. Also lasers are useless against Russian/chink/iranian missiles because counter laser addon missile tech was developed by the soviet union when they thought the Reagan star wars program was real.
