LLMs are most useful for people who know what they are doing – experienced people who can spot errors quickly, know the obvious pitfalls, and feel frustrated they can’t get more junior staff to do exactly the thing they asked for. They are made for the kind of people who think “if only there were 10 of me” on a regular basis and who might secretly wish they were still doing the job they got promoted from 15 years ago. [source]
see the difference is that when i feel that way, my solution is to train and/or raise funds to employ 10 people who were kicked out of the industry by the type of suit who is all-in on LLMs
