this decision is just made to identify everybody. And is not about asking for age and ID, it's about verifying with the digital identity. All these mesures are made to build a structure of digital identification, verification and censor if the government thinks you are a thread to society. In order to make you think that this is a good move they use the kids. They just can bypass the system with a VPN.
