You are reasoning about measurement solely from the internal perspective of time, where as Bitcoin provides the external perspective of time in quantized steps. A true measurement MUST solve the double spend problem for classical information to even have meaning; which can only be solved in quantized blocks of time.
We quite literally do not live inside of Bitcoin blocks; meaning we have the view of totality from Genesis to present; all states of time preserved in binary. This is literally what physicists want for our universe to understand measurement. You can only reason outside a boundary when you have a finite bounded totality inside. Ignorance is irreducibility when perceived from the opposite boundaries of time. Are blocks irreducible if you are a utxo with zero knowledge of what the exterior of the system actually is?
