Bitcoin Core fork, CPU-only. RandomX with a changed Argon2 salt, so stock xmrig cannot be pointed at it. Two-minute blocks, LWMA retarget, tail emission at 8 coins per block after the halvings. P2QRH quantum-resistant addresses by default. Outputs commit to a hash of the pubkey, so coins at rest are not exposed, and post-quantum signatures can go in later by soft fork without touching the UTXO set.

No premine, no ICO, no pre-sale, no pool. Binaries and the verifiable genesis have been public since Oct 6, so anyone can mine from block 0.
