No, and thats the point.

An outside observer who is connected to relays sees that I received a gift wrapped message. They don't know that it is a Marmot event, and they also don't know that it came from you.

Even further, if your or my nsec were to leak, then that would still not reveal who invited me to a chat.

A relay operator, however, could with some sophisticated trickery try to link your and my IP address to the same group ID in the connection to it. I'm not exactly sure how to pull that off, but it might be possible.
