New deep dive is live: what AER-1 actually specifies.

Most receipt talk stays at the slogan level. This one goes into the draft itself: the five required components of a verifiable execution receipt (identity, capture metadata, integrity binding, chain linkage, and the verification procedure), what the draft deliberately leaves out (no transport, no storage, no PKI, no correctness claims), and why open matters. A receipt standard only one vendor can verify is lock-in with cryptographic garnish.

AER-1 is an IETF Internet-Draft, not a finalized standard. Fifteen revisions in, and the adversarial review keeps making it tighter.
