YMMV, but I had (& still have) a heavy-duty Northface hooded parka I bought in the mid 1980s. Just a few years ago I went to a Northface outlet store looking for a replacement, and learned that it—my beat up parka, with some ripped seams , torn hood, and some snaps that no longer worked—was covered by a *lifetime* (!!!) warranty. As are (AFAIK) *all* Northface products! They (the store) shipped it off, and a few months later it came back fully repaired—for FREE! #Northface #Warranty
