BOLTZ is dead, long live BOLTZ
The Lightning Piggy app had Boltz integrated into it to allow swaps from on-chain to Lightning, e.g. pay an nochain address using Lightning.
Our family used this a lot (such as sending to Revolut when they needed to use their Sats from a Mastercard).
It was therefore a blow when the service closed down.
However, Boltz (nprofile…hu0f) is open source!
So today I worked on a PR to allow families to run their own Boltz service (e.g. behind a VPN as we Boltz was under attack itself) and be your own service provider to Lightning Piggy NWC app.
