While I appreciate your explanation, I have to push back on one false claim:
The inflation rate will NOT drop below 0.1% after a few years. Usually we measure the inflation rate p.a. (per year). The current rate sits at 0.838% p.a. and the 0.1% p.a. inflation rate will only be reached in about 881 years!
