All three of these points are their own conversation so I'm going to stick with the 21m cap.

It obviously disincentivizes spending. We already see it happening, maxis reflect on "muh generational wealth" before spending.
A hard cap sets the disinflationary bar as high as possible, it is a knee-jerk reaction to Fiat Insanity. Understandable but ultimately bad policy.

there isnt much of an economic argument to be made where the supply side of supply/demand of the price of money should just be eliminated. Literally nobody has ever suggested this is a good idea, in fact, everybody has suggested that a completely inelastic money supply is a bad idea. With most Austrians saying "well gold is elastic enough ".
Maxie's COMPLETELY FAIL to recognize how much economic investment would simply cease to exist on a Bitcoin standard.
This is absolutely a brand new monetary experiment that flies in the face of all accepted economic thought. For no particularly good reason, except it's very memeable.

nobody thinks it's a good idea, except for people who already own Bitcoin.
