I found it in only one store and that's probably why I never hear anyone talk about it. It's not particularly tasty by itself and the texture can be a bit weird but I think I prefer it over beef liver. My only concern with it is I kind of understand where Muslim are coming from when they say pork is a dirty meat and there's something that feels low quality about pork organs vs beef organs.
