Good morning nostr, its a new day and i'm ready for it, as soon as i finish my coffee. Today we'll be looking around the exterior of the house to see if anything needs repair or attention. Yesterday we had a roofer come and find a small leak that was over our patio. Its a metal roof, so we thought it might be a bad screw or one of the transition seams. He replaced several of the screws that had rotted gaskets, so next time it rains we'll see. There are some repairs we need to make to the back porch, but i think we can do most of that ourselves. Anyway, yall have a great thursday, enjoy your coffee, and do your work with a happy heart. #coffeechain
