One year ago, billionaire Tom Greenwood had an almost fatal accident on a greek island with his quadbike. He was airlifted to the greek state hospital of nicea. His private healthcare insurer refused to airlift him off the island to any hospital. They refused treatment outright. Like for all greeks, the state airlifted him and the public hospital saved his life.
Greenwood still remains in Greece. He thanked the greek public doctors and stated that he only trusts the greeks who saved him to oversee his recovery.
