Of course, in public or on your own property. But I do think people also have a right not to be recorded by governments or in their homes. Since there's shades of nuance in this, and since people in general don't process nuance all that well, it **_might_** be a good idea to simply make a total ban on government video-ing citizens. There should just be a general prohibition on all surveillance of citizens, and warrants that make exceptions should be difficult to get.
