PSA: If you're using PHPCOV 13.0.1 along with PHPUnit 13.3.0 - expect some breakages.
Updating to PHPCOV 13.1.0 fixes it.
The reason is that code-coverage in PHPUnit is now using a different serialization way that PHPCov 13.0.1 doesn't seem to understand...
