I've long been annoyed that there seems to be no terminal Markdown pager that let's you easily edit a file. In fact most MD viewers just pipe their output into 'less' which means the file name is lost and hence 'v' doesn't work.

Finally found abandonware on shithub that handles the paging internally (clearly an oversight), but of course still no 'v' command.

So forked it, spent an hour dusting off my ancient C "skills", and now it does.
