Options multiply when insistence lessens.
When several things change, it’s natural to feel overwhelmed.
Change is uncomfortable because it pushes us out of our comfort zone.
We begin to wonder did we make the right decisions when we no longer have the same things to rely on.
We allow old thoughts to become familiar once again.
We feel like returning or catching up with these thoughts.
Allow these thoughts to pass us like clouds.
It’s okay if we don’t immediately know how to navigate everything.
Take a breath.
Focus on the next step, and trust in who we all are, to figure out the rest as we go.
Change becomes comfortable even with the unfamiliar.
We are strong enough to handle the unexpected better than we think.
