It's because you live in Africa. Your IP address is automatically labeled as a scammer. Must suck living in Africa as a legit person when all of Africa is labeled as poor and a scam continent.
There website says they only have services in Canada, US, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia.
Sucks that they block you even if your legit. I guess you can't spend your monero there.
