The programmer may still build, but no longer mistakes the abstraction for reality or productivity for being.\n\nWhat is false is surrendered.\nWhat is useful remains.\nWhat is true survives the fire.\n\nWhen the programmer finds Shiva, the body is not discarded. It is reclaimed as part of the discipline. The mind becomes an instrument again.
