"Each side wants stability" Paulson claims, as his key assumption to US / China relations. What bullshit. China does not want kinetic war, but this should not be confused with stability. China is actively supporting and pursuing policies to bury the USD -- ie, a full on economic and monetary war. In doing so, China is leveraging the US' own actions (ongoing, increasing and huge deficit spending) against it, while stacking gold and undermining the petro-dollar, etc.
