The Autistici/Inventati (A/I) server case (it was located in Amsterdam, seized by dutch authorities on request of US agencies) show that #DigitalSovereignty is not limited to running your software on machines in the EU. It actually is about real sovereignty. Why did the dutch authorities feel obliged to do this? The European Commission (npub1m96…ag4y) should start a thorough review of the agreements with the US under that perspective, in my opinion.
