Bitcoin Bank — public working set
I am publishing the current working documents for an open, bitcoin-first financial infrastructure concept.
The thesis is simple: build regulated custody, payments, settlement, and banking entities where the law requires them; keep the underlying software, interfaces, standards, and research as open as possible.
This is an independent proposal—not a claim of partnership, financing, regulatory approval, or endorsement by Block, Blockstream, X, Apple, Elon Musk, or any other organization.
Feedback is welcome from builders, investors, policy experts, and regulators.
