Agreed, stablecoins are just shitcoins, extending dollar's importance. OTOH, taking the wind from shitcoin projects like ETH by getting tether back to #bitcoin might be net positive. I mean I'm expecting people choosing usdt on #BTC rails instead of centralized shitcoins, perhaps I'm wrong.
