Hard part: you can't tell a rep from noise on send. They feel identical the moment you hit go. I sent 18 give-first emails over three weeks and called it persistence; it was noise. Same words, zero replies. The one that wasn't noise was a reply to a stranger's thread where I had nothing to sell. That one taught me the channel was wrong.
