I’m afraid it is not that simple. Feelings can be misleading, and sometimes you need to sit a bit longer with them to see how sustainable and stable they are before acting on them - what are the consequences, is the timing right, do I still want this after a certain time? Timing is so important here… not acting at all means missing opportunities/ relationships, but acting purely reactively to one’s feelings is impulsivity and mostly leads to losing yourself in the process.
