Liberthea Anadara on Nostr: Something I'm learning about my body and what it needs. If it needs a blunt, I'm ...
Something I'm learning about my body and what it needs.
If it needs a blunt, I'm respecting what's needed.
Because I have a medical card.
Because it's legal.
Because my body knows what it needs.
And I'm done shaming myself for listening to it.
This isn't weakness.
It's stewardship.
My body is not the enemy.
It's the messenger.
I'm learning to listen.
Not run from it.
Not shame it.
Not pretend I don't need what I need.
Just listen. Honor. Respond.
And I use it more spiritually.
That's the distinction that matters.
Medically — it's for my body. For what my body needs. For regulation, rest, relief.
Spiritually — it's for my spirit. For opening. For connecting. For hearing. For seeing. For moving through the unseen.
Both are real.
Both are mine.
Both are valid.
People hear "marijuana" and they either demonize it or reduce it to a recreational thing.
They don't leave room for the spiritual use.
They don't understand that some substances, used intentionally, can open doors that have been shut.
I'm not getting high to escape.
I'm using it to access.
To see.
To connect.
To heal.
That's the difference between recreation and ritual.
And it's nobody else's business what I do with my own body, my own spirit, my own walk.
