they're really that fucked with labour man I tried at one point but the foid manager was so snippy about it and I'm like, look I'm doing my best. I'm hanging on by a thread its heavy hard physical work and I get covered with aluminum dust and metal flakes all day and it's really irritating to the skin and throat but im still trying if that's not good enough fuck it. I do the work in 1/3 of the time that's scheduled for each batch and they're not gonna find someone at random with that kind of aptitude for metal work
