You see that kind of creative destruction in free markets.

I've become convinced that the only free market that exists is the price for data to be included on the Bitcoin timechain. But even that was distorted by the segwit data discount placed on node runners.

The distortion in housing prices is caused by people using it as a SoV. They're wanting to protect what they've worked hard for (or stolen/extracted). This is the distortion that's in most supposedly free markets. They're priced in a currency that is created at near zero cost.

I also believe that most of the possessible wealth & resources that exist in the world today has been stolen & concentrated into the hands of a few.
