The cashiers head blinked from the neck up when I bought 18oz of hard stem garlic. Four Chesnok Red and four Spanish Roja. To be fair, I didn’t realize each clove will make a new plant. New plan is to dedicate the entire vegetable garden to garlic till they are ready to harvest.
