But what exactly is the "fucking problem"?
I know that github is owned by a shitty company, and this is in tension with the Nostr world, but we started there since it is handy, it offers a good visibility and onboarding new developers is easy. It's a simple tradeoff, nothing tragic, dangerous or immoral.
I'm planning to move elsewhere (probably gitea + ngit) as soon my projects will be sufficiently well-known.
